A great number of studious on the subject of Internet and its inherent technologies, agrees in the relativity of the statistics that represent the growth and development of the network with respect to the users. Perhaps the problem arises as a result of the ignorance of means. Some institutions try to measure to Internet with tools and methods used for the analysis of any other conventional means of communication, without considering the great differences of this new technology.

According to the studies realised by Euro-Marketing Associates the concentration of users of Internet tends to one more a more equitable distribution in next the two years.
