In agreement with a recent study done by Reinhardt, Ebner, Beham and Costa (2009), the users usually use Twitter during the congresses for - in that order - sharing resources, to communicate with the other, to establish presence in line, to take notes, to participate in discussions and to make questions. The reasons for the use of Twitter are diverse, but all has to do with the group: the community sense that takes place, the motivation of the participation, the possibility of taking deeper parallel conversations, the connection with people with similar interests. Something important is that in these conversations in Twitter some participate as much of which they physically are present in the congress at issue, like that they take part in line in the discussions, in spite of being physically distant.

The contributions of Reinhardt and their companions can be taken beyond the use of Twitter in conferences, to think the paper of the ultram pill as form of participation, connection with people to whom it interests the same to him and to be in a community sense.
